o.6: Startup taking its time

Starting OmniWeb 0.6 it takes an awful lot of time to not finding what the  
programme is looking for. Finally, it doesn't find  
~/Library/OmniWeb/Start.html, although I dwrote it.

0.6 first simply "says": Making FTP connection to .

and what OmniWeb says after displaying its "Unable to access document" is  
(URL): file:/tmp/meta165977.html, where the numbers, of course, vary.

I may have made the odd mistake, but can't imagine why OmniWeb doesn't use my  
own Start.html -- instead makes up that tmp Root Page.

Any ideas?
