Agreed!
(And Bill will probably never figure out why this is
possible).

Not agreed! I like it the way it is and I hate the way
the CERN WWW frontend does it.
It would be nice if one could save a document to the
local file system in various formats, though.
Suggestion:
Make it three windows that initially stay together and
can be torn apart.
Make it a preference.
