OmniWeb does not handle Umlauts (Latin1 vs. Adobe Font Encoding?)

What's the right address to send bug reports to? The mailing  
list?

Anyway here's PeLi's OmniWeb Bugreport #1:

Version 0.5 does not handle Umlauts correctly (try
http://www.germany.eu.net/service/EUnet.DE.html).
Especially "telnet" instead of Umlaut "u" is puzzling.

My guess: The HTML uses Latin1 encoding and OmniWeb uses  
Adobe/NEXTSTEP encoding? If so OmniWeb will have trouble with all  
8bit characters.
The "telnet" string is probably caused by something else.
