I knew there were a few things I was missing...

First, a warning about installing OmniWeb:

It would seem that it is necessary for OmniImage (or ImageViewer) and
OmniImageFilter.services to be local files, rather than links to
files elsewhere.  When I tried to place those two on an archive
server here, and made a link to them in LocalApps and 

LocalLibrary/Services, I get the Alert box:  "Sorry, can't
convert from image/gif to OmniWeb/inline-image."

If I make those two local, everything seems to work fine, EXCEPT,
when I double click on my home page html script, I get that message
again.  Anyone have an idea as to why this is so?
