Comments on OmniWeb 0.5

Just add a few things to the fray:

GREAT TOOL!!!!!!!  I even wowed avowed Mosaic users.

1. I think that a common comment made referred to the lack of a
horizontal scroll bar.  May of our documents and images don't fit
in the standard window size, and a scrollbar would be nice so I don't
have to constantly resize my the window.

2. When connecting to a local gopher server to play some sounds,
sound play was a little flaky, and I got many messages in my console
of the type: 

Yeller: SNDStartPlaying: Cannot access hardware resources
Yeller: SNDStartPlaying: Cannot play sound

I can sometimes click on something once, and get these messages, and
then click on it again, and it plays fine.

3. It would be nice to have a preference for starting home page.  I
think the Omni page is very slick, but we run WWW behind a firewall,
so most of the links are broken, and, of course, it would be nice
to have our home page automatically, which has the links to other
local pages.

4. Is there any present use of the link markers?
As far as I can tell so far, the only things that accept them
are the NeXTMailer and Edit.  They are then converted into the URL
path text.

More as I think them up...  Keep up the great work!
