Support for multi-byte languages in OmniWeb?

The release notes for an unreleased new version of the WWW Library includes
support for multi-byte languages.

At the moment, the thing which would help most would be a pointer to where we
can get the Free Chinese font, and a URL which demonstrates the problem. No
guarantees, of course--but without those, we don't even know where to start.
We'll try.
