attaching PDFs

So I discovered the very cool feature of attaching files, but... It  
seems that if I attach the PDF to my outline, then drag the original  
PDF to the trash and then try to empty it while Omnioutliner is still  
open, the Mac OS thinks the PDF is still in use and won't delete it.

Not the end of the world, but annoying. Is OmniOutliner forgetting to  
close a file handle? Or is this the Mac's fault?
