Leopard drawing bug: utilities drawer

I'm running OmniOutlinerPro 3.6 (final-v143.24) on 10.5.1 with Spaces
turned on, and sometimes when I first open a file, the utilities
drawer draws itself mostly way off the left upper side of the screen.
The moment I click on the visible bit of the drawer, it redraws in its
proper place next to the main document window.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
