I'd like to be able to "Harvard-ize" an outline.  I have the script.   
Can it be put on the menu bar?  Alternatively, is it possible to have  
a "Harvard style"  for all the levels in the outline and "apply" it  
to the entire outline?  I'd also like to never have the bullets.  I  
see a box to eliminate the status box.  Can one do the same for the  
bullets?
