Convert outline to ordinary left-justified paragraphs

Dear John,

Thanks again. James Moore's solution works -- more or less. I say that
because it leaves one with a DOS-type text file, with CRLF characters at the
end of each line. But running the text through Text Wrangler takes care of
that very quickly and elegantly, so I don't mind.
