Convert outline to ordinary left-justified paragraphs

Lancelet (great name btw):

James has already beaten me to the punch. My mistake was in exporting  
as Markdown, which does gives you soft-wrapped lines. If you do it  
that way, however, you do need to take the additional step and "Find  
and Replace" all hash marks (#) with nothing. (Hashes are Markdown's  
way of signifying headers -- and before anyone offers a correction/ 
complication: I know that's a simplification.)
