Convert outline to ordinary left-justified paragraphs

I am new to omnioutliner (and fairly new to the Mac), so please forgive me
if I am asking an old question.

I like to use outliners to get myself started in writing essays and articles
-- documents that need to end up as a series of left-justified paragraphs. I
like all the convenience that Omnioutliner gives me in reorganizing my
thoughts and my writing, but ultimately I need to remove the outline format.

Many years ago I used a wonderful DOS program called MaxThink (Neil Larsen,
where are you now?) that served this purpose very well because there was a
single command that would remove all the outlining numbers and indents and
give me the series of left-justified paragraphs that I wanted.

How can I do this with OmniOutliner?
