Splitting a cell

It isn't clear for me, is the text an external reference - means you  
want to put some text into your snippets outline, or you want to  
split text, that is already in your outline?

For the first part you can let OO split the text automatically into  
rows. Go to Preferences-->Snippets, there you will find it.

The second is like Michael Bintener wrote. There is a preference  
setting for that behavior, too.
