OO Pro Image sizing

I'm a new user having troubles resizing the images that are pasted
into a note. Can you do this?

When I try to print them, to get a PDF rendition, they consume two pages each.

The images I'm pasting in are jpgs. Just screendumps.

Have I completely missed a property panel for all the images? Or some
key combo to give me handles on a pasted image?
