Janine,

Have you tried selecting "whole document" in the Utility Drawer and
then adjusting "Indent Children" in the Row: Spacing inspector? I
find that placing some forms of formatting in the "whole document"
style is the best way to make some changes quickly. It is, for
instance, where I do my font formatting, since I often want to work
on screen with a larger face of a sans serif font and then move to a
smaller, serif font for printing. The same goes for being able to
quickly shrink indentations when printing. You can then tweak the
respective properties of the rows, which will be variations off
"whole document."
