Would that it were so. I just fired up a PPC Mac that still has Classic
installed and downloaded More to confirm my recollection. The final version,
from 1991 (!), still works nicely. It's available here thanks to Symantec
and Dave Winer:

To be specific, here's what happens when I press Command-] in More and in
OmniOutliner. In each case my cursor is on line 'c'.

After, in OmniOutliner:

After, in More:

I can sometimes achieve the same effect by choosing Outdent followed by Move
Right. Alas this does not work at the top level of the outline.
