Synchronisation trough OPML

I would like to use omnioutliner in the context of a working group ...
Is it possible to export in OPML, let somebody edit the OPML with
another editor, and why not, with a windows one (Yes I am a Mac user
consultant working within a windows only company ), and then read the
edited OPML with a diff tools to incorporate (or not) the
modifications. One of the issue I encountered in one of my test was
that the other editor mixed up the order of the attributes.

OK, I guess it is possible, but I would like to be able to do it in an
easy, mac cocoa way, from within omnioutliner.
Two things that could help on that side (I haven't found them, and
BTW, omni site search tools seems to be broken)
- a diff between two outliner (omni or opml) files (the sort that let
you transfer one diff at a time from one file to the other)
- a way to quickly apply all the graphical formating form an omni
document to a raw opml file

And in addition, a link to some advice that I could give to a poor
windows user, like for instance
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OPML#Software , but with some more info
on the one that accept the edition of associated notes and/or columns
(for instance, I just tested OPML Editor, but it doesn't let us edit
the notes, and there is no notion of column).

Cheers, Pascal Vuylsteker.
