Changing default behavior for children vs notes

Hello Everyone,

I'm a very new user of OmniOutliner Pro. When I create an outline and
want to go back to add a child to an existing row I have to go to
Reorganize/Add Child (or use the keyboard shortcut). I'd rather just
position the cursor at the end of the existing row and press Enter/Tab
to create the child but pressing Enter at the end of an existing row
currently creates a note. Is there a way to change this behavior?
