Hi Leif-

To do this, you want to use the Style View. If you hover the cursor  
over the boxes that appear, you'll see that they correspond to a  
style level. The 2nd from the left on row "item B - level 1" will be  
for the children of that row. Select that box and change the style/ 
drag a named style to it.
