show/hide all notes

In row selection mode, select all the rows using Command-A (Edit- 
 >Select All), then show all their notes using Command-' (Edit->Edit  
Note).  You can hide all the notes again by hitting Command-' again.

(You can toggle between editing a row and selecting it by pressing  
Escape.)
