auto formatting of hostnames (which are not URLS)

This was it.

I overlooked that config item many times as I searched for something
about URLs. And sure enough it said "URL" right there in the checkbox's
label. Thanks for the help!

Now I wonder why this called an "attachment" in the world of
OmniOutliner? Semantically, a URL seems to be a reference to some other
object. Is an "attachment" in OmniOutliner actually a reference to
another object not embedded in the OmniOutliner document file?

Do I need to RTFM about attachments?

Cheers and thanks for the help...
