I've never seen anything like that before. I'm sure one of the Omni  
folks will at least be ablt to explain the error. Sorry if I am  
asking the obvious, but have you tried re-downloading and re- 
installing OOP? (And did you also delete previous plists in case  
there was a problem with corruption of some kind?) I would also  
logout and log back into my account. Those are all the usual  
solutions to installation woes that I have encountered. (Sometimes,  
there is also the "repair permissions" ritual, just in case something  
didn't get covered during the install process -- highly unlikely with  
an Omni app, but sometimes the universe behaves in strange ways.)
