[question] word count & double space

Hello,

I took a look through the mailing list archives and couldn't find any
relevant information.

1. How do I get a word count for a document?

2. How do I double space within a row? I can change the spacing
between rows but I couldn't figure out how to change the spacing of
text within a row.
