OO3 has a fairly long menu bar.  Any chance the regular menu titles  
are crowding out the general script menu icon?

If that's the case, you might be able to rearrange the menu bar icons  
so that an "expendable" one is on the left.  You can command-drag the  
menu bar icons to rearrange them.
