Batch Convert: Folder Actions?

Hello all,

Will be moving from an iBook running Panther (Mac OS X 10.3.9) to a 
Windows XP machine.
Where can I find scripts to export all of my OO document to OPML and 
tabbed text? These files can then be imported into Windows outliners 
(say, EccoPro or PDesk) as needed.
It seems to me that the best solution would be to use Folder Actions.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
