Bill our OPML translation predates our XSL system and is implemented  
in Objective-C.

We've got a LaTeX plugin mostly written but it hasn't been released  
yet because it's lacked testing. I would be will to send to send a  
copy of it to anyone who's interested in testing it. If you're
