Anybody have a Q&A template?

Does anybody have an OmniOutliner template that can be used to aid  
the preparation of Questions & Answers and/or FAQ documents?

I envision something that's classy and visually compelling where the  
output can be used "as is" from OO without requring a lot of cleanup  
in another application.

If so, are you up for sharing it with the group?  Many thanks for  
your help.
