Page break at headers

I would like to be able to constrain everything underneath a level 2  
heading so that it does not break across pages unless there is simply  
more material than will fit on a page.  When laying out the page, the  
program should add page breaks to force a section to the next page if  
it would break across a page boundary otherwise.

The reason I need this is that I am using OmniOutliner to create  
rough scripts for voiceovers in videos.  I use these to refer to  
while doing the video.  Level 2 headings mark "scenes" in these  
videos, so they are natural break points.  If I have to turn pages  
within a scene, that's a hassle, and may show up on the sound track.
