change keyboard shortcuts

Try this:

1. Make sure the Styles Palette (in the Utilities drawer) is open.
2. Click the + to add a new style, give it a name, and note its hotkey
3. Go the Appearance pane of the Inspector and change the text color  
to what you want

You can now select some text in your document, then hit the hotkey  
for the style.
