Headers and Footers

I went to look at this, and my first time I said "You're right!"

Then ...

I realized I looked in the Print dialog, not the Page Setup dialog!

Still missing? open the pop-up at the top, where it says Page  
Attributes, and you'll see Omni Outliner (Pro)
