new user questions, sort by date modified?

I'm coming from Hog Bay Notebook and trying out OO Pro. Being used to
having it, a major missing feature is the ability to sort by date
modified, so I can see the entries that I have been working on recently.
It doesn't look like you can do this, but I don't suppose there a way? 

Also, I'm guessing you can't do this either, but is there a way to open
a new window, so you can work on more than one entry at the same time?

I really like OmniOutliner, it's got some features that Hog Bay/Mori
doesn't have, but my brain might be too inelastic to use it if I can't
replicate at least the first feature. Also, I hope OO takes a cue from
Mori and implements smart folders.
