Searching columns

Charlie-
Find does work in multiple columns, but unfortunately, only in rich-
text columns. In the example you gave, the "Owner" column is of type
"Pop-up List." If you change the column type to "Rich Text" and try
searching for "Lisa" again, it will find all the occurrences of Lisa.
This is a shortcoming we definitely plan to address, but I can't make
any promises on just when it's expected to happen, sorry.
