NOTICE: Avoid using Save All in OmniOutliner 3.0 and 3.0.1

We highly recommend that people avoid using the Save All command until 
3.0.2 is released. There is a bug that prevents the next save operation 
(for a particular document) following a Save All from working 
correctly. (The initial Save All works correctly, and only one save 
operation after the Save All is impacted.)

This bug has been fixed in the just-released 3.0.2 beta 2, so if you 
are using beta 2 it is safe to use Save All. We still recommend that 
you take extra care when using beta releases. For those who missed the
