Strange behavior when moving columns

With OOP 3.01, try this:

Make a new outline.

Add a column.

Enter some text into each column of the first row.

Make a 2nd row and enter some text into each column.

Indent the 2nd row under the 1st.

Move the 2nd column to the left of the first.

Note how the disclosure triangle remains with the original "Topic" 
column. This makes no sense to me, and there doesn't appear to be any 
way to make the disclosure triangle appear on the leftmost column, 
other than by editing the saved file with a text editor.

Is this a bug or a feature?
