Attaching Omni Outline to email

Hi William,
Good questions. I'm not trying to drag the icon from the title bar of the OO
document. I tried this after you mentioned it, but it doesn't work either.
I'm using an eMac with system 10.3.8.
I have Omni Outliner 3.1. (I'm new to this program).
My mail program is Entourage.
I wrote the email, hit the attachment button, and the OO doc is grayed out
on the list of files.
I have saved and closed the OO doc, but it is still grayed out.
I have tried dragging into my email, but I get the message that it won't
copy folders even though what I am trying to copy is an OO doc.
I thought this would be simple.
I can always save it as a pdf, but the person I'm sending it to, who has
OO, will want to make changes and additions. He has OO on his new G5 Laptop.

Hi Deborah,
It sounds like you might be trying to drag the icon from the title bar
of the OmniOutliner document, yes? That icon will be dimmed if you have
any unsaved changes. Try saving the document first. If that's not it,
please provide some more details about exactly what you're trying to
do.
Thanks.
