NO, I don't think so. When I'm "inside" a cell and press the right-arrow it
moves to the next char, this continues until I reached the last char. When I
now press right-arrow the next column is selected, what happens next seems to
be dependent on the type of the column, for a popup column right-arrow moves
to next column. If the column in text, then right-arrow moves to the next
char in that field, etc.

This is how it works for me
