Alternative HTML output

I was trying to publish an outline to a website this weekend, but ran 
into some problems.  The site had a text box to fill out which accepted 
HTML code, however, neither of the HTML export options from 
OmniOutliner worked since they produce more than a single file (all the 
graphics, etc.).

I ended up just exporting to text and pasting plain text into the form 
rather than HTML - a shame since the HTML export exists but is just not 
customizable enough.  An option to export the HTML into *one* file 
rather than a bunch of files would be great.
