Alternative HTML output

I agree about having a simple HTML output. I really felt this lack when I
wanted to code up some pages quickly, especially as OO3 is easily my
brainstorm tool of choice.

However, I think there are a bunch of different interpretations of what
the output structure could be. I, personally, would want the rows to be
<h1>..<h6> headings, and the notes to be <p> paragraphs. I can see nested
definition lists accommodating rows and lists, as well.

So, it's tricky (in terms of making everyone happy at once), but do-able
(in terms of getting *something* to work). I can kinda see why Omni went
with the method they used, now.
