Inspiration and OO3 Pro?

I use Inspiration 7 for lengthy book outlines, but with all the changes 
in OO3 (I bought OO2, thought it was nice, but never used it that much) 
I thought I would test drive the new version. (also spurred on by 
people saying that OO3 Pro was closer to the spirit of MORE). 
Unfortunately, trying to open an Inspiration 7 outline (saved in plain 
text format) in OO3 displays all topics and notes as topics, and 
inverts the order of some topics (Level One topics appear as Level Two, 
and vice versa).

Has anyone successfully imported Inspiration 7 outlines into OO3 Pro? I 
went with Inspiration because there was a Palm version as well, but 
Inspiration for Palm won't display lengthy outlines. . .
