Q: Print Headers and Footers

I'm afraid this is an artifact of how headers and footers are managed,
given that the standard edition does not allow customizing headers and
footers (aside from preventing them from being printed if they exist).
Probably your best way to recover is to create a brand new document and
copy/paste the content from the old document. If this is a multi-column
document, you will need to configure the new document's columns to
match those of the old document or not all of the data will be pasted
into the new document. The resulting document should behave as you
expect.
