Boy, do we wish we could make the "OmniOutliner" section of the Page 
Setup sheet the default. It's my understanding, though, that it's not 
currently possible to do so.

If you open up "Page Setup" and switch to OmniOutliner in the pop-up, 
you'll find the Headers and Footers settings. You can add Page Count to 
your headers or footers there...
