Problem with Inspector placement: inaccessibility bug!

Dear people at Omni User Group,

here I have another problem with which I need immediate help: why is 
a file I am working at suddenly specified "red only" while it is 
read/write for me in its info panel and how can I make it writable 
again. I cannot find any command in oo3 pro to switch read only on or 
off So what can I do to work on? I remember no operation that could 
have that effect. I Have a titlt section there that comes from a 
template, the rest is copied in from an earlier version without that 
title.
