Ver 3 Exported HTML - Attachment icons

I notice that HTML folders for outlines (with attachments) exported 
from Ver 3 contain very good .tiff icons for attachments with file 
types like Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Reader.

The HTML page itself, however, does not use/display these icons - is 
there a setting anywhere which can enable display of file-type icons 
for attachments in exported HTML ?
