OO3 HTML Output

With the additional graphics & potentially javascript file, html 
exports now go into a folder instead of a single file as in OO2.  
However, the folder is always named with .html extension.  Is there any 
way to not have the folder have an extension?  The file dialog box 
doesn't show the extension & unlike OO2 doesn't have a checkbox to show 
extensions, with which I could delete it.  Anyone have a suggestion?
