Best place for OOPro 3 prefs scripts?

I've not tried this, but it may become important to me soon ... does OO
merge the various domains so that you get the settings/customizations from
each?

Some apps (Ranchero's Big Cat scripting plugin, for one) don't handle
anything but the User domain. Some apps use the domains, but present them
separately (the Script Menu from Apple is one). Important parts of the
system let you treat each domain that affects you as just part of your setup
... you can get data from each one that applies to you (fonts in Font Book
are one example of merging domains) ... and as a sys admin, I appreciate
that.
