Best place for OOPro 3 prefs scripts?

   OO3 should never write anything in /System/Library since that is 
owned by the operating system.  When you install your license you are 
given the option of installing it on the 'Computer' (which will put it 
in /Library/Application Support) or making it a per-user license (which 
will put it into your home directory).  Everything else will be put in 
your home directory by default (well, I think the scripts menu has the 
same sort of creation options).

   So, assuming you pick the per-user option when creating these things, 
all your OO3 files should live in ~/Library/Application Support except 
for the preferences file which will be in 
~/Library/Preferences/com.omnigroup.OmniOutliner*.plist
