ATPO Articles, OO's Future?

The author's a member of this list, AFAIK. And he's quite open to other
people's ideas, IMHO.
Like people who left comments on the articles, I like the fact that he
adopts a broad perspective on outlining, i.e. that there are outliners
everywhere, whether they're specialized or not.
Does anyone see anything there that would be obvious additions to OO?
James, what did you think of these articles?
Not necessarily to stir things up too much but the list has been rather
quiet in the last few months and with so many new products coming out,
it might be a good time to reassess our priorities as users.
Here's my personal position: editing diverse XML files might be the
next big thing for outliners and OO's in a good position to do that
with its columns and export capabilities. I certainly hope OO goes
forward in this direction.
