Linking

Is it possible to link other outlines together in OO?  I have been 
looking at notetaker trying to decide which is better for taking notes 
and linking outlines together via a hyper link of some sort...will 
future release of OO contain that or does the current release contain 
this already?  Also, will you be adding template features and category 
features to OO anytime.  Templates would be awesome.  Yes, I am using 
the "stationary doc" thing but to create templates within OO would be 
better.
