More suggestions

I've brainstorming a larger than usual (for me that is) outline and I
have a few suggestions

It should always be possible to move up and down in the outline using
the arrow keys. Right now if I do alt-command-H, I have to use the mouse
to select an item, I should be able to press down arrow to go to first
item and up arrow to the last.

Alt-up/down - move to the top/bottom item that is currently visible
Command-up/down - move to the first/last item in the document

command-left should close the current item if it has expanded children
(it does this now) but if it has no children or they are collapsed it
should collapse the current level and select the parent.
