It doesn't sync, it just allow you to modify and create databases.

Exactly, this is one reason why I haven't implemented writing possibilty
in MPC, I did this in another program that could only read/write memo
and pedit memos and I managed to do the same mistake as you on several
occasions. And I also had the same problem with Brainforest as you have
had.

But that doesn't mean that I'm not going to implement a similar
functionality in program I'm planning.

Apperently it isn't Ultrasoft has bought it from Aportis and says that
they are going to release a new version ... but I don't know about Mac
support.
